8. Ethical Sourcing & Sustainability Policy
Our instruments and artistry are rooted in the deep heritage of the Bwa Bwa Griot storytellers of Burkina Faso and Mali.
Every piece in our shop and every repair we undertake is a tribute to this master craftsmanship.
We are committed to ensuring that the artisans and traditional families we partner with are treated with dignity and paid fairly, preserving these ancient musical traditions for generations to come.

We hold a profound respect for the natural materials such as wood, gourds, and leather that form the soul of our instruments.
We prioritize sustainable sourcing practices to minimize our environmental footprint, ensuring that our growth directly supports the wellbeing of the West African communities where our materials originate. By choosing our services, you are directly contributing to a cycle of ethical production and community-led development.
