We hope that you are pleased with the instrument and/or accessories that you have ordered from us.
Please enjoy the TWO-YEAR guarantee on ALL the instruments and share your feedback.

In case you do need to return an item to us, please read on.
In the event that you have been sent an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.
If an item is faulty or does not meet your expectations, contact us to determine a return or exchange of the item.
Our Returns Policy gives you 30 days to return or exchange an item bought online. If 30 days have gone by since the purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
It is essential for both hygiene and for a thorough assessment that faulty items are returned to us in a clean, dry and presentable fashion.
Please mark your parcel as a ‘Return’.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are returning an item to us for refund or exchange, the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you retain proof of postage.
Refunds for returned goods will be credited to the card used to pay for the original order.
Your refund will be processed as quickly as possible but it can take 5-10 working days to appear in your account.
Returns or exchanges can also be made at the store by making an appointment. Please contact us to set up an appointment.
