What to Expect

Theme: 1 day Ancient ancestral trauma release and alignment retreat Retreat duration: 7 hours (11AM to 6PM) Date: 04 July 2026 Workshop guide: We gather united in shared purpose, on a journey to diverse deeply within ourselves through exploration of self and self-reflection where our pain and blockage is. We do this through ancient ancestral breathwork, as we go deep within our breaths the more room we create for reflection. Together, we move through ancient ancestral movement on a journey into ancestral realms using ancient ancestral sound, and vocal invocations, prayers. We call upon the wisdom of our ancestors to come before us and be one with us through this deep journey. Calling in that indigenous knowledge and history, the wisdom of our ancestors to awaken our inner pain and parts we wish to no longer exist within us and our lives journey before we cleanse and release. With intention we journey on paper, telling our stories and journeys that we wish to release. Guided, each will then be lead into an ancient ancestral cleansing using ancestral herbs that are used to remove all negative energies and vibrations. We then gather to be guided by the elements. We invoke the divine beings of the past, the great gods and goddesses of wind, fire, water, and earth, seeking clarity and guidance to release grief, judgment, shame, guilt, and fear. Through sound, movement and prayers we call upon the wisdom of our ancestors to tap into our hearts, minds, and souls to cultivate confidence and connection for the path ahead in intention, alignment, light and love. At the end, we sit in a circle where we share our journey together and have a Q&A session before we close the circle through dance, laughter and love.
